Wrongly banned Adsense users?

Do you know of any Adsense users that got banned for "no reason"? I have seen plenty of users banned that are typically in their teens, got almost $100 in their account, the got banned, not warned and they were now going to see if they could set up an account under their mom's name. After some questioning, they usually admit to clicking on a few of their ads "just to make sure it works" which usually means they clicked and had friends clicking for a while.

Do you know of any users banned for the no legitimate reason?

Why would google do that? There would always have to be some motive behind banning a singular user of AdSense.
